Business Consultant (Information Technology) Position Available In Morris, New Jersey

Job Duties:

Understand complex business requirements across programs and lead multiple projects to enable customers to meet their business processes/goals for an end-to-end program, particularly as it relates to insurance claim software products. Provide alternatives for cost-effective solutions and define the total cost of ownership for customers. Define business requirements, identify gaps and enable solution teams to fulfil business objectives. Lead business solution design and model different business scenarios using different business modeling skills/techniques. Lead a team of business analysts and business consultants. Develop test plans and review proposed solutions against project requirements. Stay abreast of competitive products, emerging industry trends, new technologies, and customer needs and translate those into actionable program requirements.

Requirements:

Master’s or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related and 12 months of experience in the job offered or as a Business Analyst or in a related information technology occupation in the insurance domain. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s in the above-stated fields plus 60 months of progressively responsible experience in the above-stated occupations. The position is based out of 412 Mt.
