Morristown, NJ About the Job The Director,Pricing & Contracting Optimization is to develop and build thefuture state operating model for the US Vaccines Pricing &Contracting Team. The Pricing & Contracting team was re-designedlast year to drive end to end ownership of the pricing process fromStrategy development to Reporting and Operations/Execution. Assuch, the business process to execute end to end needs to bedeveloped and implemented to improve efficiency, enhance strategiccapabilities, optimize use of team resources, and create a positivecustomer experience. Main Responsibilities

• Map out current state operating model,including business processes, workflows, governance, and forums toset a baseline for change.
• Re-Design and implement future statePricing & Contracting operating model working in concert with thepricing strategy team, reporting team, and operations team.
• Buildcomprehensive institutional knowledge repository to drive alearning organization
• Drive executional excellence across keyMarket Access priorities and serve as chief of staff to the Head ofPricing & Contracting
• Explore new data sources, tools, andmethodologies to keep pace with market shifts and business needsAbout You You are an intellectually curious person with a growthmindset and looking to development as a leader in the organization.

You possess:

• A track record of improving operational processesand enhancing efficiencies through automation and optimization
• Strong coordination skills to bridge strategic planning andoperational execution
• Proven ability to work cross-functionallyand manage relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the abilityto influence without authority and drive alignment withcross-functional stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solvingskills, with the ability to distill actionable insights.
• Experience working in a high-visibility, fast-paced environmentwith a focus on outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple prioritiesand execute projects under pressure, ensuring timely delivery.
• 7years of experience in either
• Vaccines or Pharmaceuticalexperience in pricing, contracting, operations, marketing, accountmanagement or types of strategy roles
• Other industries with afocus on process/workflow optimization and efficiency likeConsulting, Tech, Banking, Logistics/Supply Chain, etc.
