Job Description
Collect, analyze, and evaluate existing business data of software customization and IT consulting company in order to improve entire performance, efficiency and productivity of the corporate management. Develop systems, policies and procedures, work simplification and measurement studies necessary to ensure smooth running of daily operations of software customization and IT consulting company. Establish procedures to assess the rationale and cost effectiveness measurements of care being provided to clients; implement risk management strategies for minimizing financial losses and enhancing service quality. Provide in-depth recommendation and constructive plans in defining and developing proactive management strategies to ensure clients’ needs are addressed and delivered in a timely manner. Develop and deliver user training/communication. Inform user based (UX) strategy development and develop a queue of ideas and requests. Act as liaison between users, platform admin, and technical teams by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Collaborate on the design and development for the platforms and bring an expert perspective on enhancements/modifications needed to deliver business functionality, reduce adoption barriers, provide new features/functionality and cross-platform integrations to better enable users.
Experience must include:
SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, MS Teams, MS Excel, SQL, MS Visio, ITSM.MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS
Master’s in Business Administration, Management or related with 1 year of relevant experience in job offered or as a Business Professional. Any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable.
