During the planning phase of a software development project, the business analyst interviews future users of a system to understand what the desired software must do. These desired capabilities are documented, formally agreed to by the users and presented to the software developers to ensure the applications they create meets the future users’ requirements. Assist in validation, testing and training as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Gather and document system requirements by working closely with stakeholders, creating detailed use cases, workflows, and non-functional specifications.+ Act as the liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication, test alignment, and that the final product meets user needs.+ Manage requirement changes and project timelines, maintaining accurate documentation and utilizing tools like Project Dash for updates and tracking.+ Support quality assurance efforts through peer reviews, validating that system design and development align with documented requirements and user expectations.

$67,500.00 – $85,000.00
