Skills
Proven experience in business analysis and systems thinking. Strong track record of working effectively with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead service improvement projects. Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. Capability to independently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience with process-oriented IT initiatives. Background in workflow management and continuous improvement. Ability to serve as a cross-functional team liaison.
