A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a BusinessAnalyst.

Alpharetta GA (Onsite) As a Business Analyst, you will:

Provides business analytics and reporting to functional areas orprojects/programs. Perform quantitative analyses and reports thatprovide operational and/or technical support for customerproposals. Identifies and develops metrics by working with usersand stakeholders to understand data visualization and reportingrequirements. Translates business results into meaningful metricsand recommendations aimed at improving performance. Analyzesmanufacturing processes and problems to formulate and developrecommendations to meet customer and/or internal projectrequirements. Works under moderate supervision to set objectivesfor own job area. Communicate with contacts inside and outside ownteam to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, andprocedures. Identifies and addresses changes within own job area.

Works to achieve operational targets with some impact ondepartmental results.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s inindustrial or mechanical engineering, Business, Computer Science,Data Analytics or combination of education and experience withinmanufacturing operations and/or continuous improvement activities,particularly of high mix – low volume production. In-depthcompetency with data visualization and analytics tools (MSPowerPoint, MS Excel, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerBI / Tableau) ispreferred. Experience with data analysis, and SQL queries with aBackground in manufacturing operations. Qualified candidates should

PAY RANGEAND BENEFITS

Pay Range•: $35-$38 per hour. •Pay range offered to asuccessful candidate will be based on several factors, includingthe candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specificjob duties, certifications, etc.
