Lead the end-to-end management of business requirements, collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders to gather and refine needs. Analyze and validate business requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility. Provide initial effort estimates to support project planning and budgeting. Translate conceptual user needs into clear, actionable functional requirements for development and QA teams. Develop process flow diagrams for both current and future state workflows. Conduct data analysis to assess impacts on actuarial processes and systems. Create visual illustrations to demonstrate the effects of actuarial calculations on valuation data. Develop and maintain key project deliverables, including requirement documents, solution designs, ETL mappings, prototypes, illustrations, and VBA macros. Facilitate walkthroughs of requirements and solutions with stakeholders to gather feedback and secure approvals. Guide development and QA teams through implementation, addressing queries and ensuring alignment with requirements. Manage changes to requirements through a structured change control process. Review QA artifacts such as test scenarios and cases, providing feedback as needed. Perform functional testing in the development environment prior to UAT. Support business users during UAT by coordinating with the development team. Maintain effective communication with onshore and offshore team members for status updates and issue resolution. Participate in internal IT audits and address any findings or concerns. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, specifically in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Underwriting. Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with databases such as Greenplum, MS SQL Server, MS Access, and Oracle. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and experience with Macros and VBA scripting. Familiarity with Power BI is a plus. Experience working with large datasets and conducting in-depth data analysis. Solid understanding of IT processes; Agile methodology experience is preferred. Life at

Salary Transparency:

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 75716 to $132762. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
