We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Prime Brokerage to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Broadridge systems (BPS/ADP), deep knowledge of trade lifecycle processes, and the ability to produce clear and concise business documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
, with a focus on Prime Brokerage.
Hands-on experience with ADP/Broadridge/BPS systems
Strong understanding of BPSA data models, schemas, and tables
Proven experience creating BRDs, FSDs, and other business/functional documentation
Solid grasp of equity markets
, trade lifecycle
, and post-trade operations
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
