At this time, we are hiring a Business Operations Associate to support the organization’s operational efficiency and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen and a proven ability to execute business processes, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to overall organizational effectiveness. They demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills, and thrive working both independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization. Responsibilities Coordinate, monitor, and troubleshoot projects to ensure timely, compliant, and precise execution. Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to help execute key processes that drive business results. Support sales and business development teams by researching and organizing contact data using various databases, ensuring data accuracy. Perform quantitative analysis and data organization. Prepare regular reports and presentations to support executive decision-making. Responsible for CRM data, including input, reporting, and data cleanup, to enhance data integrity. Monitor tasks and maintain clear, organized documentation. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to drive decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, both in reporting and analytics, advanced level preferred. Experience working within a Salesforce-based CRM platform is a plus. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset. Ability to understand technical subject matter and communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally. Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$65,000 to $85,000 We believe this pay range is accurate as of the posting date but may adjust based on qualifications and experience. This range applies to New York City only.
