Position Summary
:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and support the implementation of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis techniques, experience with Agile methodologies, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
:
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
:
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify needs, define business requirements, and to create BRDs
, FRDs
, and user stories
.
Process Mapping & Analysis
: Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and create detailed process maps and recommendations for improvement.
Solution Design & Recommendations
: Collaborate with IT teams to design and recommend technology solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Management
: Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
Support UAT & Testing
: Develop test cases and scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Data Analysis & Reporting
: Leverage data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI) to create insights and reports that support business decision-making.
Continuous Improvement
: Assist in the ongoing evaluation of business processes, offering solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
, ideally in [industry: banking, healthcare, insurance, IT, etc.].
Familiarity with CRM systems
, ERP systems
, or other enterprise applications.
Proven experience in requirements gathering
, documentation
, and process analysis
.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience working in Agile teams.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret business data and trends.
SQL proficiency for data analysis and experience with tools like Excel
, Power BI
, or Tableau
.
Strong communication skills
, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
