Facing the accelerating business and digital transformations and the more intense market competitiveness, particularly from new players in the tech sector, Chiefs Technology Officers (CTO) need to respond to the following challenges:

IT Strategy and Planning:

Align IT to business goals:

Assessments, Roadmaps, M&A Integration, Cloud Migration and Adoption, Digital Business Modeling and ImplementationSourcing & Optimization:

Optimize service delivery model: IT & Business Process Sourcing, Cost Reduction (~40%), Streamlined Vendor Management, BenchmarkingData management: Build a data-driven organization: Innovate with data, Leverage data as a business asset, Create and foster a data cultureThese challenges translate into exciting and complexes consulting projects. These assignments can be summed up as follows:

Defining new modes of digital collaboration, modernizing tools and the digital work experience, boosting the adoption of new digital tools for a major pharmaceutical accountDefining the strategy for a world leader in the energy sector to transform its information system towards the Cloud, framing this transformation in financial, technological and organizational terms, and then managing its implementation.

As part of M&A operations, managing the IT autonomation program for a unit of a major industrial group: scoping and execution of projects across all application, infrastructure and organisational perimeters.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver engagements managed by more experienced consultants from whom you will learn the basics of consulting core competencies. Work with teams on projects for the business lines, functional teams, and technology departments of our clients from strategy definition to implementationBring strong learning abilities and be proactive to better develop consulting skills and become more autonomous. Perform accurate assessments and analysis of client activities, manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels and assist clients in the effective use of management systems, tools, techniques, group problem-solving, and team building. Structure, write, and deliver quality work documents with oversight from others, ensure all information related to the assignments is circulated correctly, and alert colleagues/superiors of any difficulties. Collaborate/Coordinate across the different Wavestone teams to participate in local and global firm development.
