About this role: Reporting to the head of Enterprise Brand Strategy and Management, this position will provide operational leadership to advance cross-functional initiatives that shape and define the future of our brand. The role involves translating strategic brand priorities into scalable operational workflows, leading Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) efforts, driving planning initiatives, and reporting on overall effectiveness. This position can sit in Charlotte, NC; New York, NY or San Francisco, CA and offers a hybrid work schedule. The Wells Fargo job profile is Lead Business Execution Consultant. In this role, you will: Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior brand and marketing leaders Collaborate with the leadership team to develop operating plans that focus on third-party management, risk and compliance programs, Loudspeaker responses, team budgets / forecasts Lead planning efforts for a portfolio of initiatives that support the brand transformation

  • tracking milestones, resourcing, dependencies, and deliverables while mitigating risks Serve as the primary contact for budget process, expense initiatives, vendor metrics, corrective actions, etc.

Establish consistent standards, controls, and governance procedures Track and monitoring data for various initiatives and regulatory requirements Evangelize project management best practices to foster a culture of operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience leading enterprise-wide marketing projects at an agency or Fortune 500 company Experience developing operational plans and leading transformational change initiatives Experience establishing controls and governance procedures Experience developing and delivering compelling presentations for various internal stakeholders Experience leveraging digital tools to maintain uniform messaging across all touch points Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers
