About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant who will work closely with the broader Strategy & Transformation team, Shared Services Operations’ leadership team, partners and clients to drive strategic change and transformation, and deliver high-value strategic outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Develop, refine and evolve SSO’s strategy, Target Operating Model, strategic roadmap and strategic narrativeProactively Identify and develop high-value strategic initiativesDevelop and implement high-value strategic routinesDesign and coordinate regular strategic planning sessions for the leadership teamDrive the delivery of strategic content for SSO, Global Operations, the COO and enterprise strategic routines including Business Reviews, Enterprise Strategic Planning and Enterprise Investment PlanningDrive strategic problem solving for the SSO leadership teamProactively identify high-value strategic problems, design approach frameworks, and develop recommended solutions to those high-value problemsEnable and accelerate the overall execution of SSO’s strategy and transformationDrive the execution of key strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Top tier Strategy and/or Management Consulting experienceExperience driving strategic change and transformationStrong critical thinking, analytic and strategic problem-solving skillsA clear and concise communication style that can simplify complexity and accelerate consensus building, decision-making and alignmentStrong execution skills with a focus on delivering strategic outcomesExperience within financial services industry, preferably in a similar role
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
