You will be responsible for delivering pragmatic and agile IT strategies that align client priorities and support top management in delivering engagements in some of the areas below:

IT Strategy and Planning:

Align IT to business goals: Assessments, Roadmaps, M&A Integration, Cloud Migration and Adoption, Digital Business Modeling and Implementation

Sourcing & Optimization:

Optimize service delivery model: IT & Business Process Sourcing, Cost Reduction (~40%), Streamlined Vendor Management, Benchmarking

Cybersecurity:

Mitigate risks across youranization: Cyber Assessment, Red Teaming, Digital Identity, Crisis Management, Recovery & Resilience, Compliance
Data management: Build a data-drivenanization: Innovate with data, Leverage data as a business asset, Create and foster a data culture

Based on your profile and background, your key responsibilities
Managing engagements (totally or partially regarding your seniority) with our clients, responsible for the day to day running of the engagements, including developing strategic rmendations and guidance, and ensure the highest quality service for our clients.
Participating in the business development activity of the global practice which will include full lifecycle from pre-sales support, identification of cyber opportunities & scope the delivery phase of engagements
Participating in the people development by sharing knowledge, mentoring, and coaching team members and leading by example
Collaborating and coordinating across the different US location in order to participate in the offices development by creating thought leadership and marketing materials for selling and promoting our offerings
Continuing to upskill and stay current with the market.
Contribute to various internal activities (Thought leadership, etc.)
We are recruiting across several levels of seniority from Analyst to Senior Consultant.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, economics, or other analytical major
Strong interest in Management Consulting, Technology and Cybersecurity
Analytical mindset with a developing business acumen Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and driving growth
Exceptional teamwork skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach to working with colleague
Ability toplete structured problem solving with senior management support
Ability to learn quickly and work through critical business and/or technology challenges Customer centric mindset and excellent interpersonal andmunication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills Additional Information
This full-time position is based out of our New York office. Travel requirements tend to fluctuate. Consultants are expected to be able to travel up to 80% if required for specific projects and client needs. However, a majority of U.S. client engagements can be expected to be in the New York metro area.
