Overview Job Purpose In this high-visibility position, the Senior Analyst, Index Advisory, part of NYSE’s Global Advisory team, will provide data, intelligence and insight to listed companies, prospects and internal stakeholders on the global index landscape. The Analyst will conduct analysis, create content and interact with C-suite clients. Responsibilities Conduct analysis of company index membership and broader index landscape
Prepare presentations and present findings to C-suite clients and internal stakeholders
Organize, manage and improve datasets on an ongoing basis
Assist in creation of overall index advisory strategy
Interact with listed company executives during their visits to 11 Wall Knowledge and Experience Degree in finance, economics, management or related field
Knowledge of index methodology and construction and overall index industry
Experience with equity markets and/or index provision
Strong functional and interpersonal skills
Strategic and analytic thinker
Solution-oriented with a positive “can do” attitude
Proactive, self-motivated and able to take individual responsibility
Strong project management skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Juggles multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products like Excel and PowerPoint
Strong proficiency with FactSet and other market data platforms
Demonstrated experience with Python, SQL a plus York Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role, if located in York, is between $106,500 – $140,800 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
