SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Obtain & Review Health +Hospitals current contracts for all concessionaires, vendors and institutions related to miscellaneous revenue billings for each facilities/entity.
Create and send invoices to all concessionaires/vendors/institutions based on contractual terms.
Monitor, review, and record all misc. billings/rent space revenues, reconciliations to bank statements and any other additional related information required. Assist in the creation of process flow for the Medical University billings. Work in tandem with medical university staff for follow-up of scholarship student contractual employment obligations for determination of meeting service obligations or debt repayment. Send monthly billings for same.
Work with Supply Chain on Pharmacy 340B billings/receipts; and misc. rents received related to other misc. contracts (Sodexho, DC37, etc….)
Work in tandem with cash receipts dept to make cash deposits, and allocate to facilities their share of receipts to the respective Discretionary Funding accounts
Reach out to all concessionaires and vendors to collect any and all outstanding rent revenue payments owed to Health + Hospitals. Create a process for outstanding rents.
Create, maintain, update master concessions contract summary file of institutions vendors and concessionaires for Health + Hospitals regarding misc. billing/rent space revenues.
Create journal entries to record all revenues reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Perform other duties on as-needed basis Minimum Qualifications 1. A Master’s degree in public administration or business administration, or in an equivalent or equally acceptable program, and four (4) years of satisfactory, full-time paid experience in a major governmental agency or large corporation or foundation in management analysis or in operational direction, planning, coordination or control of which two (2) years must have been in a supervisory, administrative or consultative capacity; or 2. A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of experience as stated in #1 above of which three (3) years must have been in a supervisory, administrative or consultative capacity; or 3. A satisfactory equivalent, however, all candidates must possess not less than the two (2) years of supervisory, administrative or consultative experience required. Four (4) years of appropriate general experience may be substituted for a Baccalaureate degree requirement. Appropriate full-time teaching experience in an accredited college or university may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required general experience and appropriate full-time teaching experience in a position of professional rank may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required supervisory, administrative or consultative experience.
