Overview This position performs data analysis to identify factors that affect business profitability, growth, and efficiency. Assesses current practices, collects information and industry trends, and creates specifications to support business operations. Assists in determining improvements or solutions to address business issues. Prepares technical reports by examining and summarizing data. Additionally, this role involves tactical and strategic support for wealth management initiatives, regional team support, reporting and project management, Salesforce activities, and communication preparation. #LI-MP1 Responsibilities Data Analysis – Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies and effectively communicates analysis output. Generates reports and maintains documentation.
Operational Support & Project Coordination – Provides day-to-day support for wealth sales business operations, including responding to inquiries, coordinating logistics, and improving standard practices. Assists with regional and national initiatives, ad hoc requests, team meetings, and planning. Provides advisor support including compliance reporting as needed.
Data & Resource Management – Maintains internal resources (SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, CRM systems). Validates and updates data, supports Salesforce reporting, manages advisor and client data alignment, and ensures platform consistency and accuracy.
Presentation & Communication – Designs PowerPoint decks, compiles meeting material, maintains internal SharePoint sites, ensures consistent formatting and delivery of sales communications and presentations. Previous Financial Services or Banking Experience Salesforce reporting Advanced Excel knowledge Proficient in PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills For NY and CA the base pay for this position is generally between $36.06 to $48.08 per hour (75K-100K). Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
