Syracuse, NY Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and update the project plan, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
Communicate project progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Conduct data analysis to support digital product enhancements.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and develop business cases.
Compile and share status updates with team members and stakeholders.
Document process changes and support user engagement reporting.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in data visualization tools, with a preference for Power BI.
Familiarity with schedule management tools, ideally MS Project.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of coding languages like SQL or Python is a plus.
