Job Title:

IT Business Analyst III

Location:

Remote Job Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and user requirements (both functional and non-functional).
Identify potential solutions for the business and provide input to issues or risks.
Document current vs future process flows.
Conduct analytics to identify and provide solutions for gaps and abnormal workflows.
Develop testing strategy and plans for user acceptance.
Monitor all implementation tasks such as the production check-out process.

Skills Required:

Senior level analysis skills and understanding of business functional areas.
Ability to influence, build relationships, and demonstrate team leadership skills.
Knowledge of modeling methodologies and toolsets, requirements management methodologies and toolsets.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in an IBM mainframe environment (z/OS).
Extensive experience in MSOffice, Visio.
