Lubricant International Business Director Position Available In Richmond, New York

Requirements:

Master’s degree (or foreign equiv) in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related field of study + 3 years’ experience in a position involving sales or supply chain logistics in the lubricant additives area of the chemical or materials industry. Experience is required and must include the following: Developing international sales strategies; Setting annual and long-term international sales targets in lubricant industry; Training and monitoring an international sales team; Developing a global brand strategy; Calculating the manufacturing costs of lubricant additive components; Utilizing the following tools/technologies: Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe.

Duties:

Formulating development strategy and setting annual and long-term international sales target in lubricant industry. Provide lubricant industry training and guidance to international sales team. Monitor and drive sales team performance to achieve sales target in lubricant industry. Develop pricing strategy. Make monthly and quarterly pricing adjustments. Approve and maintain standard pricing list and strategic key customers’ special price list. Develop global brand strategy and evaluate additive’s position in the global lubricant additive market. Guide marketing department’s marketing campaigns in the lubricant industry. Organizing and analyzing market feedback and global customers potential prospects. Provide feedback to headquarters and R D team on product development and capacity expansion directions. Attend lubricant conferences and meetings with key lubricant customers, especially American customers. Facilitate the exchange of information between sales team and technical support team. Position is 100% remote. 50% international and domestic travel required.
