$130,000-$135,000 + 10% bonus About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Revenue Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in analyzing revenue performance, building forecasts, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Operations, and Technology to build scalable reporting, streamline financial models, and ensure revenue accuracy as the company continues to grow. What You’ll Do Build and manage forecasting models Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and planning processes Conduct in-depth revenue analysis to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities Create monthly reporting packages and visual dashboards for leadership review Identify areas for revenue improvement and margin optimization Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with revenue recognition standards Collaborate with Data, Sales, and Operations teams to streamline reporting and automation Translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive business decisions Monitor KPIs and help maintain a single source of truth across departments Support executive leadership with ad hoc reporting, financial presentations, and risk analysis What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field 3+ years of experience in FP&A, revenue analysis, or related roles Good understanding of GAAP, forecasting, and financial statements Expert-level Excel modeling skills Experience with financial systems and tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Salesforce, or similar) Ability to communicate insights clearly across all levels of the organization High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Bonus if you’ve worked in SaaS, payments, or healthcare-related tech MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
