The Flow Systems Business Analytics Manager is responsible for leading and delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic commercial decisions. This role is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of business intelligence tools and analytical models, ensuring data integrity, and delivering clear and actionable recommendations to business stakeholders. This role requires a strong leadership capabilities, analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to distill complex data into clear insights that drive measurable business impact. This position is located in Erie, PA, and a comprehensive relocation package is available. If relocation is not an option, a commutable travel to Erie 30-40% of the time will also be considered. Key Accountabilities Commercial Insights & Sales Analytics Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Partner with sales leaders to develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs that improve visibility and decision-making. Track pricing effectiveness and customer segmentation strategies. Product Performance Analytics Support product lifecycle management with data on product launches, profitability, mix performance, and margin trends. Collaborate with Product Managers to evaluate product health, market penetration, and competitive position. Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for product roadmap decisions. Strategic Planning & Forecasting Support annual planning, strategic initiatives, and forecasting processes through data and trend analysis. Partner with Finance and Product Management to align forecasts with business goals and market dynamics. Data Visualization & Reporting Build and maintain interactive dashboards and self-service analytics tools using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Ensure reporting solutions are scalable, automated, and tailored to user needs. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field 5-10 years of experience in leading business analytics, preferably in a B2B manufacturing or industrial product environment. Proven ability to lead a business analytics team and function that delivers results. Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders with data and insights. Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
