Connectivity Business Analyst Overview:

We are looking for a Connectivity Business Analyst to join our team in the Radiology R D Software Development Center at Bayer. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication between the Service organization and R D software teams, ensuring that technical solutions meet customer needs. This role involves enhancing mobile apps, developing cloud-based platforms, investing in IoT capabilities, and creating self-service digital solutions to drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between Service Organization and R D teams
• Gather and document business requirements for technical specifications
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the Service organization
• Support new service initiatives from development to implementation
• Analyze data to provide insights for continuous improvement
• Create models to represent product interactions with data and systems
• Provide guidance and support on articulating technical requirements
