Job Summary:
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Business Analyst with 7-9 years of relevant experience in the healthcare and life sciences domain. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare processes, regulatory requirements (HIPAA, FDA), and data management. This role involves coordinating meetings, gathering critical stakeholder information, performing detailed data analysis, and tracking remediation progress. The candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office tools and capable of working both independently and in a team setting.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholder groups including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and life sciences experts.
Gather and document critical information to support healthcare and life sciences projects.
Perform data analysis to support business decisions and ensure industry regulatory compliance.
Track and report remediation progress while ensuring alignment with healthcare standards and protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, and IT) to ensure project success.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
7-9 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare/life sciences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of analyzing and interpreting complex healthcare data.
Experience coordinating stakeholder meetings.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills:
Scrum Master certification (nice-to-have).
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).
Certifications:
Scrum Master Certification (Preferred, not mandatory)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
