THE WORK

You’ll provide processing with new Background Investigations. You’ll develop diversity reporting for Utility Clients. You’ll provide new subcontractor setup and also onboard subcontractor resources to Accenture and Exelon Systems. You’ll develop CRM and Business Development updates and tracking. You’ll provide business function support in various power delivery settings. You’ll interface routinely with internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner. You’ll perform routine tasks utilizing PC and mainframe applications and in-depth data analysis and develop customized reports. You’ll develop processes to satisfy the needs and requirements of a diverse work management group that utilize a variety of project scheduling software tools.

Flexible:

The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience in preparing/coordinating project schedules in the electric and gas utility industry using software and or work management process Must possess a valid driver’s license using personal vehicle to travel throughout customer territory as required Customer-driven with good oral and written communications skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to learn in a rapidly changing environment, the ability to manage a growing set of tasks, the ability to handle themselves professionally and an attention to time and task management Must possess proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel) with experience utilizing MS Access databases Experience working in project management environment is preferred Utilities preferred We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
