Job Description

What You’ll Do for

Us:

Finance/Accounts PayableForecast Labor and Benefits costs, Maintenance and Repair spend, Packaging Material usage, and other Cost CategoriesPrepare reporting for Overtime Analysis and Project SavingsSupplies reporting and trend analysisManage and reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and execute accurate and consistent data entry.

Fulfilling research requests and responding to internal or external customer inquiries.

Serving as a consultant and subject matter expert to clients regarding business policies, procedures, processes, and measures that drive the implementation of business strategies.

Ensuring compliance with financial transaction recording standards (e.g., general ledger, cash payments/collections, etc.) Ensuring purchase orders are coded to the correct cost center and GL accountWork with management team to review open PO’s and create accrual at month end to be submitted to FSMOversee and enhance accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate vendor and supplier payments in adherence to AP and Coca-Cola policies and procedures. Posting and resolving issues with vendor invoices.

Human Resources:

Supporting the HR admin functions of our manufacturing facilityFacilitate and/or support candidate pre-employment testing process and new hire onboarding processHelps coordinate plant initiatives (open enrollment, engagement activities)Workday experience a plus

Payroll:

Process payroll timely and accurately for 100+ employeesThoroughly audit payroll reports each pay period and monthly, investigate and resolve payroll discrepanciesKronos or UltiPro experience a plusOther duties as assigned based on the needs of the companyRequirements & QualificationsA Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.3+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or a closely related financial area preferredProven track record of identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives within a finance operation.

Excellent numerical skills and highly detail-oriented.

An adaptable and flexible team player, capable of adjusting effectively to new work structures, processes, or requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. SAP experience preferred, will train the right candidate.

Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
