Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Director of Strategy & Value Realization at Tandigm, you will play an important role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position involves leading the development and execution of corporate strategy, organizing senior level governance, aligning key vendor partnerships to our strategy, and optimizing the process that connects Tandigm’s strategy to our decision making around priorities and execution focus to achieve objectives and goals. In this role, you will also support Financial Strategic Planning as well as Strategy & Performance in the “frontline” execution of Tandigm’s cyclical strategic and operations planning processes. Overall, our Director of Strategy & Value Realization will be critical to creating a shared vision across the organization and providing the transparency that connects teams to the short and long-term strategic direction of Tandigm. Essential Functions Lead teamwork to develop and update the company’s 3-Year Plan and annual strategies, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and operations. Use research, market trends, competitor insights, and regulations to shape strategies while identifying new opportunities based on customer needs or business changes. Collaborate across teams to align product strategies and vendor partnerships with the company’s strategic direction and ensure clear communication throughout the organization. Drive company strategy-level prioritization for innovation, differentiation, and portfolio planning, providing oversight to connect strategy with execution. Partner with Financial Strategic Planning to synchronize cyclical operational planning with long-term strategies and ensure measurable outcomes. Facilitate governance models to support strategic decision-making and thoughtful investments in product innovation. Collaborate with Product Teams and Functional Leaders to define and implement strategies with clear line of sight into customer value creation at all levels of the company. Prepare executive-level communications and presentations for senior audiences to maintain transparency and alignment. Develop a business plan framework in coordination with Strategic Financial Planning and Business Development to support the company’s operating model and evolving goals. Create transparency across all levels of the organization concerning our strategic direction and plan as a foundation for product strategies and to create a shared understanding with important vendor partners
Required Qualifications:
Education, Experience, & Skills Minimum Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, or related field 10+ years’ experience in strategic planning, strategy development, execution of strategic initiatives Proven leadership in driving corporate strategy and/or organizational change Preferred Master’s Degree 15+ years’ experience in strategic planning or strategy development Management consulting background Applicable experience in market research, trends analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer segmentation in Population Health and/or Healthcare Industry Product strategy and management experience Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Understanding of Payor/Provider landscape. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to drive strategic governance and maintain operational efficiency. Proficiency in strategic planning and prioritization processes and approaches. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US; work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
