• Strategy Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Develop dynamic financial models to assess partnership economics and support client-servicing fee negotiations
• Collaborate closely with distribution and finance teams to evaluate proposals and provide financial insights that shape the company’s growth strategy
• Manage and support cross-functional committee processes, including preparation of agendas, financial evaluations, summaries, and stakeholder communications
• Build polished presentation materials for leadership, external stakeholders, and board-level meetings using data storytelling and visual tools
• Conduct in-depth research on the investment management landscape to identify competitive trends, evolving client needs, and industry shifts
• Evaluate market developments and translate insights into strategic recommendations
• Handle special initiatives across departments, providing tactical support on evolving priorities.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or distribution-focused roles in the investment or financial services sector
• Strong Excel capabilities
• -confident with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and flexible modeling techniques
• Experience creating professional presentations for leadership audiences; comfort with tools like PowerPoint and graphics software (Mekko Graphics is a plus)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and ensure accurate, timely deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly summarize findings and explain insights
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude toward managing projects and solving problems.
