This hybrid role combines project management excellence with strong business analysis capabilities to drive successful outcomes that align with organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution:

Define project scope, timeline, budget, and resources. Lead cross-functional teams through all project phases from initiation to closure.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with executives, business users, and technical teams to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and maintain consistent communication.

Risk & Issue Management:

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Address and resolve issues quickly to maintain momentum and delivery timelines.

Requirements Management:

Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Maintain clear traceability from initial requirements to final deliverables.

Process Improvement:

Analyze current processes and recommend improvements that align with business strategy and project objectives.

Change Management:

Support organizational change initiatives through training, communication planning, and user adoption strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications Project Management:

Proficient in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strong background in leading project teams and managing implementation efforts Skilled in status reporting, metrics tracking, and stakeholder updates

Business Analysis:

Requirements elicitation and documentation Process mapping (e.g., BPMN, Visio) Gap analysis and solution design Data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI UAT planning, coordination, and support
