Job Summary:

The Senior Director, Corporate &GPO Accounts leads a team of Account Directors focused ondeveloping and executing customer strategy across key corporate,provider group, and GPO accounts for the US Oncology portfolio.

This position reports to the AVP & Head of Market Access,Distribution and Patient Access Services – Oncology and is a keymember of the Market Access leadership and contributor to marketaccess strategic plans. Essential Functions of the Job (Keyresponsibilities): Lead a team of Account Directors focused onstrategic engagement with Incyte’s most important oncology customeraccounts. Ensure team develops and maintains strong customermanagement and strategic relationships with C-suite and seniormanagement stakeholders within key customer and GPO accounts tocreate and execute a top-down/bottom-up strategy. Establish andmaintain an in-depth understanding of key account needs,challenges, priorities, and opportunities, and effectivelycommunicates key intelligence of customer and industry trends tointernal partners and stakeholders. Evaluate markets and customersto identify and develop opportunities that support the growth ofthe Oncology portfolio. Lead the Account Director team to build andpull-through strategic plans for key national and regional accountsand GPO aligned dispensing customers. Support team with problemsolving. Responsible and accountable for the successful creationand implementation of the strategic and tactical plan for theCorporate & GPO Account Team. Establish metrics to ensureperformance against the established team goals. Responsible andaccountable for managing and monitoring the Corporate & GPO AccountTeam budget, ensuring effective investments and spending. Lead GPOcontract strategy development, execution, and performance tracking.

Effectively communicate and collaborate with all Market Access,product strategy, sales, and medical affairs team members toidentify opportunities and reduce barriers to accessing Incyteproducts within the national and regional strategic accounts.

Communicate appropriately with the Market Access Payer and MedicalAffairs teams regarding account specific needs. Coordinate andactively participate in customer and industry meetings. Identifyteam and account needs and work with Market Access Marketing andother HQ cross-functional teams to develop resources that addressthe needs of the commercial business at the account level.

Contribute to the development and presentation of quarterlybusiness reviews demonstrating achievement of key metrics, annualbudgets, and strategic planning exercises. Ensure implementation ofindividual Account Director goals through alignment to overarchingteam strategy and objectives. Ensure compliance to and establishpolicies appropriate for the function. Develop people and apipeline of talent of future leaders. Qualifications (Minimalacceptable level of education, work experience, and competency):

Significant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry,oncology experience required. Minimum 5 years of experience in GPOaccount management, including contract negotiation, and execution.

Experience with GPO contract strategy development preferred.

In-depth knowledge of oncology within distribution, patient accessand reimbursement, managed care/federal/state marketplace sectors,and physician networks. Existing relationship with marketplacestakeholders. Direct Management of staff required. High level ofproficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point).Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities and resultsorientation. Demonstrated negotiation skills. Ability to handlemultiple projects at the same time and work under pressure. Strongmanagement skills with the ability to motivate and lead cohesiveand productive teams. Strong project management skills. Stronginterpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with alllevels of management through diplomacy and tact. High level of oraland written communication skills and ability to work with variousstakeholders internally and externally. 50% Travel requirements.

Remote/Field-based position, with a regular presence inHeadquarters expected.
