Sr. RPA UIPath Business Analyst

Description:

We are seeking an experienced RPA Business Analyst with expertise in UiPath to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process mapping, and automation solution design, with hands-on experience preparing Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) in RPA projects. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify, analyze, and document business processes suitable for automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements.
Identify suitable processes for automation and conduct feasibility analysis.
Conduct process discovery and document current state processes using tools like Visio or BPMN.
Develop detailed Process Design Documents (PDD) outlining the business logic, process flow, exceptions, and rules.
Work closely with RPA developers and solution architects to create Solution Design Documents (SDD) detailing the technical implementation.
Participate in the development lifecycle, providing support during UAT, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of automation goals and expectations.
Support process optimization initiatives and suggest improvements using automation best practices.
Provide training and documentation to business users and support teams as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in RPA (UiPath preferred).
Proven experience in preparing PDDs and SDDs.
Solid understanding of RPA concepts, architecture, and development lifecycle.
Familiarity with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in tools like MS Visio, Excel, and project management software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

UiPath Business Analyst certification (UiPath Certified RPA Business Analyst or similar).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working in domains such as finance, insurance, healthcare, or logistics.
Exposure to other automation platforms (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
