What You Will Do:

The Global MarketAccess team focuses on value, access, pricing and commercializationstrategy projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medicaldevice, and diagnostics companies. Our client services range frompre-commercialization product opportunity assessments todetermining and developing launch pricing and access strategiesacross major and emerging global markets.

Responsibilities:

Youwill be responsible for developing and implementing pricing, value,and access strategies for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medicaldevice clients. This will involve working with senior staff tobuild project proposals, managing consulting teams across multiplelarge-scale, complex projects to develop and communicate clientdeliverables, and maintaining client relationships.

KeyExpectations:
  • Lead teams to design, execute, and deliver projectsacross key value and access topics such as pricing andreimbursement studies (inclusive of qualitative & quantitativemethodologies), early access opportunity assessments, valuecommunication strategy and payer engagement strategy
  • Demonstratesstrong market research skills, inclusive of primary researchqualitative interview as well as quantitative survey experiencesand familiarity with various pricing methodologies (i.e., analogueassessment, Van Westerndorp, Gabor Granger, Conjoint, etc)
  • Understand key access tenets and landscapes across key geographicmarkets (US, EU)
  • Leverage work experience, business acumen, andsubject matter expertise on global market access topics todetermine key approach and develop strategic recommendations thatefficiently and effectively address client business questions
  • Proactively manages own and team members’ time effectively andefficiently across multiple complex projects
  • Effectively liaisewith senior staff to ensure strategically sound and actionableinsights are developed as outputs to answer key client businessquestions on value, access, and pricing
  • Serves as primary pointof contact and engages executive level audience to deliveractionable insights and recommendations
  • Builds and managesongoing relationships as client thought partners as well as elevatenew business opportunities to senior staff through identificationof follow-on projects or new opportunities to further supportclient needs
  • Supports the development of new analyticalmethodologies, capabilities, and intellectual property for use onfuture client engagements
  • Develops thought leadership (written orpodium) and provides subject matter expertise to clients
  • Trainsand mentors junior team members to enable team development andprofessional growth
What You Will Need/Senior Consultant:
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree. A major course of study in science,biomedical engineering, or healthcare policy and planning
  • 3-5years of transferrable consulting or work experience, withdemonstrated experience in value, access, pricing andcommercialization strategy projects for pharmaceutical,biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostics companies in globalmarkets
  • Experience developing designing and executing value,pricing, and access strategy projects for pharmaceutical, biotechand medical device companies
  • Must demonstrate strong verbal andwritten communication skills (in English)
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Willingnessand ability to travel for client work as needed in the 25% range
What You Will Need/Managing Consultant:
  • Requires a Bachelor’sdegree. A major course of study in science, biomedical engineering,or healthcare policy and planning
  • 5-7 years of transferrableconsulting or work experience, with demonstrated experience invalue, access, pricing and commercialization strategy projects forpharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnosticscompanies in global markets
  • 2-3 years of direct experience inclient management and content delivery roles
  • Experiencedeveloping designing and executing value, pricing, and accessstrategy projects for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical devicecompanies
  • Experience in leadership roles and peopledevelopment/performance management
  • Must demonstrate strong verbaland written communication skills (in English)
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Willingnessand ability to travel for client work as needed in the 25% range
