Information Technology Full Job Description Description Job Overview:
As a Business Analyst on the Associate Experience team, you will be responsible for supporting and improving the cyan platform used by associates across all our managed properties. Your responsibilities will include responding to cyan-related inquiries, assisting product managers with various requests, contributing to product discovery, analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and offering insights to enhance cyan. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions align with both business goals and user needs.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues experienced by the business Develop a deep understanding of product domain expertise and application processes to effectively reproduce and diagnose business-reported issues Support product managers in discovery efforts by handling various tasks such as stakeholder outreach, survey distribution, and user sessions to gather insights. Maintain ongoing collaboration across teams Coordinate with product managers and development teams to address existing support requests related to cyan Document findings from discovery efforts and assist product managers in maintaining RAID logs Provide guidance to the development team on implementing solutions to address bugs and resolve application issues effectively Collaborate with the data team to obtain and validate data required by the product team for informed product decision-making Engage in collaborative product ideation sessions Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and technical feasibility Support the validation and testing of implemented fixes and enhancements to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and resolve identified issues Create and maintain documentation of workflows and processes to support continuous improvement Analyze support-related data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for proactive issue resolution Continuously enhance knowledge of the application and its ecosystem to better support both business users and development teams. Engage and understand new technologies for property operations, like HODA and cyan and how these new technologies impact and relate to our
Vendor Applications Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not required Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analyst, or similar role, preferably within software development or hospitality or service industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Experience with product management tools such as Azure/DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Experience with real estate or property management software systems Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Travel:
Hybrid based out of Dania Beach Florida or remote in
CA, LA, NJ, NV, PA, TX, OH, CO, IL.
No travel is required for core job functions. Invitations to attend annual staff meetings at the national office in Florida in person will be offered.
