As our Policy Executive , your words will set the tone, pace, and standards of our operations. You’ll work across departments to: Write and refine policies, technical documentation, and strategic plans that guide our cybersecurity and technical operations. Break down complex technical concepts into clear, concise content tailored to both expert and executive audiences. Present your work with confidence; whether it’s a new security policy or a strategic roadmap, you’ll be the go-to for explaining the “why” behind the “what.” Collaborate with leaders to ensure policies stay current, compliant, and aligned with our goals. Keep a pulse on regulatory trends (think
NIST, ISO, CMMC
) and suggest proactive changes before they become urgent. Lead the charge on internal documentation for audits, assessments, and strategic planning.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
Have 8+ years of experience writing policies, technical procedures, cybersecurity documentation, and strategic plans. Can confidently present to executives and make your message stick. Enjoy turning complexity into clarity; especially in high-stakes environments. Know your way around cybersecurity standards and frameworks (bonus points for NIST, ISO, or CMMC experience). Are organized, articulate, and cool under pressure. Hold a degree in a relevant field (Cybersecurity, IT, Policy, Communications, etc.). Have certifications like CISSP, CISM, PMP, or similar?
