Responsibilities
Design and deliver polished, high-level presentation materials for executive and senior leadership audiences
Lead and facilitate cross-functional discussions to define business capabilities and strategic priorities
Conduct research and stakeholder interviews to gather key insights for roadmap development
Translateplex programmatic concepts into clear,pellingmunications for executive decision-making
Develop and maintainprehensive capability roadmaps aligned withanizational goals
Synthesize data, research findings, and stakeholder input into actionable strategies and plans
Ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging in leadership content and strategic documents
Collaborate acrossanizations to align capability development with broader program,ponent, and enterprise objectives
Manage multiple work efforts under tight deadlines, balancing quality and strategic impact
Provide advice, expertise and specialized skills creating value and improving customer performance
Provide expertise in business strategy, manpower planning, policy analysis, management controls, information technology, e-business and operations.
Identify options with rmendations, and/or the implementation of solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
12+ years of experience in strategic planning, acquisition, and system integration.
Proficiency in tools for high quality presentations.
Understanding of Systems acquisition lifecycle (e.g. ALF and MD-102).
Familiarity with IEEE standard 1012, IEEE Standard 829-1998, and the
DHS SELC.
Excellent writing,munications and briefing skills.

ismitted to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $113,400.00/Yr. – USD $189,300.00/Yr. Actualpensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
