Provide general education on subjects like business structure and contracts, and work with third party legal providers as needed.

Specific tasks include:

1. Conduct direct, private individual consulting focused on fiscal management, access to capital and accounting. 2. Develop and conduct group training workshops on topics related to financial management, financing and accounting. Work with partners on legal guidance. 3. Identify and develop collaborative efforts with community partners, lenders, etc. to promote and deliver services. 4. Execute administrative and reporting tasks required by the grant and SC SBDC.
