Senior Business Analyst Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 4 5 years of hands-on experience in business process analysis and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications to support IT and business initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project goals, analyze business needs, and contribute to improving operational efficiency through process enhancement and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to define and document business requirements Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements Support the development team with clear and actionable specifications Participate in project meetings and status reporting Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation review
Requirements:
4 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role Strong analytical and communication skills Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, JIRA, or Confluence Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
