What You’ll Do Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain financial models to support accountability and reconciliation of financial targets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
Administer financial programs, including budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to link operational metrics (e.g., production, sales, efficiency) to financial results, delivering clear and concise reports to leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to link operational (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve financial and operational efficiency
Support strategic planning by preparing scenario analyses and assessing the financial impact of operational decisions.
Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for stakeholders.
What You’ll Need Experience in financial analysis and financial modeling, primarily in a manufacturing industry
Proficiency in Excel, financial software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or ERP systems).
SAP experience strongly preferred
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to influence business decisions through analytical summary
Prior change management experience a plus
Creative thinker, able to challenge the norms
Your Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
