Scope of the project:
ADMIN DIS IS SEEKING AN ADVANCED-LEVEL BUSINESS ANALYST/TECHNICAL WRITER TO SUPPORT THE PLANNING AND EXECUTION OF A FAST-PACED INFORMATION SECURITY ASSESSMENT PROGRAM ACROSS SOUTH CAROLINA STATE AGENCIES. THIS PROGRAM WILL FOCUS ON IDENTIFYING RISK AND MEASURING COMPLIANCE OF INFORMATION SECURITY PROGRAMS AND SYSTEMS ACROSS THE STATE AS WELL AS PROVIDING REPORTING AND MONITORING INFORMATION TO BOTH DIS AND STATE AGENCY LEADERSHIP. THE BUSINESS ANALYST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR QUALITY CONTROL AND ASSURANCE FOR THE DELIVERABLES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROGRAM AS WELL AS DOCUMENTING PLANS PROCEDURES, AND PROGRESS OF THE PROGRAM WITH THE PROGRAM MANAGER. REVIEW, EDIT, AND MAINTAIN DOCUMENTATION CONSISTENCY AND ACCURACY FOR DOCUMENTATION SUBMITTED BY BOTH STAFF AND VENDORS MONITOR AND SUPPORT DEADLINES, MILESTONES AND ACTIVITIES APPLY CHANGE, RISK AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DOCUMENT ALL MEETINGS ATTENDED, DIRECTIVES, AND SIGNIFICANT PHONE CONVERSATIONS. DEVELOP AND DELIVER PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL PROGRAM UPDATES TO DIS LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORTING STAFF.
