Responsibilities for a Business Solutions Consultant include but are not limited to:
Accuratelyplete and upload case notes and documentation into SCWOS, WORCS, and d drive systems, ensuring timely and accurate case management.
Track Work Experience (WEX) payroll through Pa and maintain Excel trackers for monthly reporting and invoicing.
Prepare employer folders, contracts, and documentation packets for Business Solutions Consultant meetings.
Communicate with participants as advised, providing follow-up and support as needed.
Gather andanize employer data to assist with outreach strategy and ensure digital and hard copy files arepliant with program requirements.
Assist in meeting performance goals including On the Job Training (OJT) participants, Work Experience (WEX) participants, Lunch & Learn events, onboarding employers, and 100% documentationpliance.
Candidates for Business Solutions Consultant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Stronganizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Professionalmunication and discretion in handling confidential data.
Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A related associate degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience.

Pay Details:
