• Responsibilities for a Business Solutions Consultant include but are not limited to:
• + Accurately complete and upload case notes and documentation into SCWOS, WORCS, and shared drive systems, ensuring timely and accurate case management.

+ Track Work Experience (WEX) payroll through Paycom and maintain Excel trackers for monthly reporting and invoicing. + Prepare employer folders, contracts, and documentation packets for Business Solutions Consultant meetings. + Communicate with participants as advised, providing follow-up and support as needed. + Gather and organize employer data to assist with outreach strategy and ensure digital and hard copy files are compliant with program requirements. + Assist in meeting performance goals including On the Job Training (OJT) participants, Work Experience (WEX) participants, Lunch & Learn events, onboarding employers, and 100% documentation compliance.

• Candidates for Business Solutions Consultant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). + Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. + Professional communication and discretion in handling confidential data. + Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + A related associate degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience.
