Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to support strategic initiatives by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and providing actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data, develop reports, and create dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Access, SQL, or Python.
Identify business needs, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Lead or support process improvement initiatives, including financial and operational analysis.
Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
Train end users on self-service reporting tools and document reporting solutions.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience.
6+ years in business analysis, process improvement, or financial analysis.
Preferred Experience:
Background in financial analysis or finance-related projects.
Experience translating data into strategic insights for stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in at least one of the following: Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Access, SQL, or Python.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, reengineering).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Ability to present data clearly and concisely.
Consultative approach with a focus on stakeholder collaboration.
Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite per week (additional onsite as needed).
