We’re looking for an experienced professional whocan work closely with leadership, drive requirements gathering, andcontribute to impactful insurance solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with business stakeholders at all levels to gather andanalyze requirements. Write clear, concise User Stories and manage them using JIRA. Drive product lifecycle discussions and contribute to overallProduct Management. Leverage your knowledge of Life Insurance products to support andenhance business processes. Work closely with technical teams, understanding Business FeaturesArchitecture and, ideally, Technical Architecture. Present findings, solutions, and recommendations clearly throughexcellent communication and presentation skills.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the LifeInsurance domain. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Strong functional knowledge of Life Insurance products – amust-have! Proficiency in JIRA, writing User Stories, and Product Managementpractices. Experience with Sapiens is highly preferred. Solid understanding of Business Features Architecture (mandatory);familiarity with Technical Architecture is a plus. Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills. Why Join Us?
