- About the
Role:
- Help accelerate the modernization and optimization of our Business Intelligence ecosystem—guiding migrations, integrations, and best‑practice adoption across Tableau Cloud, Microsoft Fabric/Power BI, Confluence Cloud, Snowflake, Oracle Exadata (OCI), Salesforce, and Azure DevOps—while preparing the business for practical, value‑adding AI and ML capabilities.
- What You’ll Do
- + Own and drive agreed‑upon Objectives/Initiatives from concept through measurable value delivery.
+ Coordinate matrixed squads of BI engineers, data analysts, and business SMEs—guiding backlog, unblockers, and communication (no direct reports). + Facilitate Agile/Kanplan ceremonies and maintain visibility of work-in-progress. + Lead proofs‑of‑concept on emerging AI/ML or agentic BI capabilities, balancing innovation with sound governance (“no shadow IT”). + Craft concise, data‑driven narratives for VP/SVP reviews and occasional C‑suite briefings. + Champion data governance, documentation, and user enablement across the BI landscape.
- Do You Have
- + •8+ years•leading BI platform evolution, analytics system design, or large‑scale BI program delivery.
+ Demonstrated success migrating or modernizing at least one major BI or collaboration platform (e.g., Tableau → Cloud, Jira → Azure DevOps). + Expert SQL plus hands‑on fluency with Tableau, Power BI/Fabric, Snowflake or Oracle, and Agile toolchains (Azure DevOps, Jira). + Comfort experimenting with Azure OpenAI/Copilot or similar GenAI services and translating outcomes for business stakeholders. + Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
