  • Think quickly as an analyst: manage competing priorities while providing level-headed guidance on business metrics, even during unexpected events
  • Collaborate with data source providers and technology teams, ensuring that key metrics decision data is accurate, automated and delivered in a timely fashion
  • Apply your expertise in the collection, analysis and management of quantitative business metrics data to create meaningful written reports, drive business metrics discussions while recommending metrics improvements
  • Lead the development of all weekly, monthly, quarterly metrics, alongside all operational planning, forecasting and reporting models to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions
  • Produce regular reports and analysis, write systems queries to gather data, and perform data-mining and analysis using tools including MS Excel, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos and MySQL to identify trends and develop forecasts
  • Conduct root cause analysis to leverage extensive data to uncover underlying process or metric related issues, implement improvements or process changes, and aid the creation of new measures to bolster metrics culture
  • Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPI’s, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs
