is currently looking to hire for the position of Capital Market Business Analyst for one of their clients.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Capital Market Business Analyst to work with our client, State Street, in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis within the asset management industry and possess excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse capital markets, trade life cycle, investment banking, front office, back office, middle office, clearing process, and settlement process.
Utilize Oracle/SQL and Python to support business analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Troubleshoot issues and quickly analyze needs to deliver solutions. Work with data analysis tools and software to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and deliver results.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the asset management industry. Strong knowledge of capital markets, trade life cycle, and related processes.
Proficiency in Oracle/SQL and Python.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
