Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Strategy and Planning Analyst to join the Community Engagement team. Reporting directly to the AVP of Regional Community Engagement Marketing and Corporate Affairs, this essential role will focus on supporting various strategic initiatives, including hospital and market advisory council initiatives, the Healthier Tomorrow Fund, and other department projects. The analyst will use a strong sense of business acumen and data-driven insights to shape strategies, execute programs, and deliver impactful executive reporting.
This fast-paced role provides the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership, divisions, and external partners to drive organizational goals while delivering high-quality results.
General Responsibilities:
The Strategy and Planning Analyst will support several enterprise-wide initiatives through detailed analysis, planning, and implementation, including:
Database Management & Survey Coordination:
Maintain and update hospital board and market advisory council membership databases across over 150 facilities.
Collaborate with survey partners to organize, analyze, and present engagement survey results.
Strategic Planning & Insights:
Curate best practices from divisions related to board and council engagement activities.
Provide actionable insights through trend analysis and executive-level presentations.
Partner with leadership on the design and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate across divisions to align business priorities with project goals.
Prepare tailored deliverables for executives highlighting key data and results.
Operational Support:
Manage the business-as-usual functions of initiatives, including financial operations, toolkit updates, and vendor relationship management.
Strategic Initiative Implementation:
Develop frameworks, tools, resources, and measurements to implement and track initiatives effectively.
Consistently apply process improvement strategies where possible.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support the Healthier Tomorrow Fund initiatives, refining tools and research methodologies.
Work on ad hoc requests from leadership to provide analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1-3 years of professional experience preferred, ideally in strategic planning, corporate affairs, data analysis, or a similar field.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required. Master’s Degree preferred.

Strong verbal and written skills essential; capable of tailoring messages for various stakeholders.

Planning & Analysis:
