We’re hiring an Associate Management Consultant —an ambitious, analytical, and mission-aligned professional with 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, public accounting, finance, or another high-performance professional services role. This is a client-facing, impact-driven opportunity for someone looking to apply their skillset in a purpose-built environment that blends healthcare, strategy, and entrepreneurship. What You’ll Do You’ll join a cross-functional consulting team that works directly with physician-owners, healthcare executives, and practice administrators. Our consultants are trusted advisors who tackle diverse projects that influence the operational and financial health of private practices and provider groups.

Example engagement types include:
Operational and Financial Performance Optimization:

Improve scheduling efficiency, staff utilization, revenue cycle performance, and compensation alignment across multi-site practices.

Practice Health Assessments:

Conduct detailed reviews of financials, workflows, payer contracts, and staffing models to identify gaps and growth opportunities.

Practice Transitions & M&A Advisory:

Support due diligence, financial modeling, post-acquisition integration, and succession planning for practice buy/sell scenarios.

Startups & Strategic Expansions:

Help new practices launch with a strong operational foundation—including entity structure, staffing, payer enrollment, pro forma modeling, and compliance frameworks.

Physician Alignment & Governance Consulting:

Design incentive structures, co-management models, and governance frameworks that align provider behavior with business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Analyzing operational and financial data to develop actionable insights Engaging directly with clients through interviews, workshops, and on-site assessments Producing polished deliverables—reports, dashboards, presentations—that drive decision-making Collaborating with experienced consultants, legal experts, coders, and analysts across DM divisions Contributing to client acquisition efforts, proposals, and cross-functional strategy sessions Who We’re Looking For We want people who think like advisors, act like owners, and work like entrepreneurs. Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, healthcare management, or related discipline 2-5 years of relevant experience (consulting, public accounting, healthcare advisory, legal/financial services) Demonstrated analytical skills, executive presence, and comfort with client-facing roles Ability to travel up to 50% as needed (travel volume typically decreases as client relationships grow) U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available)

Preferred:
