BASIC FUNCTION
Requires a technically proficient, detailed oriented candidate that can work with large data sets and technology to understand and formulate business insights, produce summary outputs, multi-task across multiple projects, learn multiple product types, and recognize and escalate issues within the underlying data. Be able to help create data analyses and reports for all aspects of the Bank and for the parent company, ELFI, Inc., when applicable.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Extract and combine large data sets from loan origination systems, third party servicers, Salesforce, the phone system, and other Bank platforms, to produce reports that communicate the day-to-day analyses of the Bank’s lending platforms and other depository products and consumer card businesses Communicate with management on the results of reports and explain each of item of the reports Create reporting for each of the new products implemented and created Perform data entry and file maintenance on loan system Interface with our loan origination provider to gather appropriate data sets and problem solve issues Support Bank departments through periodic reporting Create automated reports as needed and where applicable for data across the Bank Model return analyses using internal models for the Bank and the parent company Support other business analytics team colleagues as assigned

Act as backup for supervisor(s) Support all Bank departments, as needed, at the direction of management

Excellent written and oral communications skills Accuracy and strong attention to detail Above average computer skills with web proficiency Be self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel Data query experience preferred, e.g., SQL Ability to learn new software programs for data management and reporting Detail oriented and intellectually curious Team oriented and the ability to effectively communicate to different groups
