Your core jam: Requirements gathering + clear, organized documentation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Bonus points if youre experienced with:
Agile sprint planning + backlog tracking (Jira or similar)
Process modeling (Visio/Lucidchart)
UX design skills for wireframes/prototypes (Balsamiq, Figma)
Azure DevOps, Power BI, Tableau (nice-to-haves)
